It’s been a little while since my last post! Something I have prioritized over the winter months is self care through exercise, healthy eating, and skin & hair care. As a mom, it can be so easy to forget to take care of myself or push my own care to the side because I am too busy or tired. I am so happy to be putting my self care back in the forefront and feel so much better because of it!

The HYDR-8 products are powered by Karmatin™ which is a vegan alternative to keratin and silicone, that bonds to the hair, fortifying and strengthening hair while reducing frizz. Because Karmatin™ bonds to your hair it won’t rinse away and also forms a defensive barrier to keep hair frizz free and smooth for up to 72 hours!
I love these products because they provide a nourishing and powerful moisturizing effect to my hair without making it feel greasy or weighed down. They are so easy to incorporate into my hair care routine too, especially the mask! You can apply the mask directly after shampooing and leave on for only 3-5 minutes once a week which is so efficient and convenient! I instantly feel the results in the shower after using these products, my hair feels so silky smooth and is super easy to brush through. The extreme frizziness is drastically reduced from what it was which is a huge benefit especially with the humidity of summer coming up. If you struggle with dry frizzy hair, these really are must have products! I also like that I can use them right alongside my GRO Hair serum.
