Dinner time is without a doubt the craziest time of day at our house. After arriving home from a long day of work, helping my oldest with homework, and keeping my two little ones entertained (and out of trouble!), it’s difficult to find the time and motivation to prepare a meal on busy weeknights. Frozen meals have never been an option for my family’s dinner because they are typically made with unrecognizable and harmful ingredients with a taste that’s left to be desired. Although, this all has changed since I was introduced to Good Food Made Simple Entree Meals!
Good Food Made Simple entrees have not only made hectic dinnertimes more manageable but my family now looks forward to these delicious chef-crafted freezer meals. With entrees like Hatch Chile Mac and Chicken Enchiladas Verdes, our weeknight dinner meals are packed with flavor and variety. The best part of Good Food Made Simple meals are the ingredients! Turn over an entree box and you will see simple, organic, wholesome ingredients. Whole grains, organic vegetables, and antibiotic-free, humanely raised meats are some of the ingredients in these tasty protein-packed meals. Good Food Made Simple uses organic and non-GMO ingredients whenever possible and artificial colors, preservatives, flavors, sweeteners, and hydrogenated oils will never be found in their products.
Three entrees I have tried from the product line are Hatch Chile Mac, Chicken Enchiladas Verdes, and Cavatappi Bolognese. These three entrees did not disappoint and with complete confidence I can say they are the most delicious freezer meals I have tasted. The Hatch Chile Mac is the creamy, comfort food, classic mac and cheese you love but with a fire-roasted spicy kick. This vegetarian meal option is less than 500 calories and loaded with 20 grams of protein! The Chicken Enchiladas Verdes entree contains 2 enchiladas atop of basmati rice filled with tender chicken and topped with a hatch chile infused sour cream sauce. This is a satisfying meal that is definitely a favorite in our house. Only 390 calories and 17 grams of protein are in this delicious meal! The Cavatappi Bolognese has a freshly prepared taste with it’s cavatappi noodles and veggie incorporated meat sauce. This dish is topped with organic mozzarella making it the perfect italian meal ready in minutes.
