Registering for baby items can be overwhelming especially when you are seeking out only natural, eco-friendly, and non-toxic products. Fortunately expectant moms are no longer limited to their neighborhood big box store for their baby registry needs. Listed below are a few of my favorite essential items to help you get started on purchasing for baby.

Hanna Andersson Organic Layette: This shop is fully stocked in a variety of adorable organic layette options. Made from luxuriously soft organic cotton and finished with seams baby can’t even feel. Sleepers have easy snaps from neck to foot. Fabrics are pre-washed and in addition to being organic they are certified by OEKO-TEX® Standard 100.

Nuna Pipa Car Seat: This is by far my favorite car seat for so many reasons! It is made with OKEO-TEX fabrics and fiber fill and all plastics/metals comply with European REACH and EN71 standards as well as CPSIA in the US. The company strives to be green in their manufacturing process by using solar panels, recycled packaging, recycled water and plastic waste, and more to keep their carbon footprint down. The seat is lightweight, has a 5 point safety harness, infant insert for smaller babies, removable two-position sun canopy with mesh window, and several more features.

Honest Diapers & Wipes Bundle: Theses are the only diapers and wipes I have used on my two youngest daughters. I absolutely love the convenience of having the eco-friendly diapers and wipes delivered straight to my doorstep however often I need. The diapers are made from chlorine-free wood pulp (harvested from certified sustainably managed forests) and contain no optical brighteners. They have an absorbent bio-core and plant-based PLA (inner and outer layers). The wipes are biodegradable and ultra thick and strong. Angel Baby Body Wash & Shampoo: I love this line of baby care products as they only use natural, non-toxic ingredients to create their products.
