The Honest Company Multi-Complete Once Daily Prenatal Vitamin Review

Are you pregnant or breastfeeding? I have some exciting news for you! The Honest Company recently introduced Prenatal Multi-Complete Once Daily Prenatal vitamins! The vitamin is very similar to their Whole Food Prenatal (see review here) however instead of taking 3 pills, you only have to take 1 each day! The vitamin is top quality and according to honest.com free of GMO’s, soy, gluten, yeast, wheat, casein, gelatin, sodium, dairy, eggs, shellfish, artificial sweeteners, HFCS, artificial flavors, artificial colors, starch, and preservatives.

Even with all of the essential nutrients packed into one small pill, I find them to be gentle on my stomach and easily digested. Another benefit of this prenatal supplement is it’s size. It’s not too large and easy to swallow. The only difference I notice in this pill compared to the original 3/day Whole Food Prenatal is the taste. I found the original prenatal to taste sweet and similar to oatmeal cookies while this vitamin has a somewhat salty unpleasant taste. The taste doesn’t linger though and goes away as soon as you swallow it down with a glass of water. I love The Honest Company prenatal vitamins and took the Whole Food Prenatal my entire last pregnancy and have now been taking this one-a-day while breastfeeding. They are definitely my top choice for a prenatal supplement currently on the market!
