Delicious Snacking with Aussie Inspired Yogurt: Wallaby Organic Greek Yogurt & Kefir Review

September 28, 2018

This post is sponsored by Wallaby Organic Greek Yogurt and Kefir. All opinions are my own.

One of my family’s favorite foods is yogurt and it’s a big part of daily routine especially with school back in session. I am very mindful when it comes to choosing yogurt for my family so I can be confident my kids and I are consuming something naturally nourishing and not full of artificial additives and fake sugar. A few things that are must-haves on the label are live active cultures, high protein content and USDA organic certification. Wallaby Organic Yogurt checks off all of these important features but also has the most delicious and unique Aussie inspired taste that is different from any other yogurt in the best way.

Wallaby Organic achieves a rich and creamy fresh taste in it’s kefir and yogurt products by slowly crafting small batches with organic milk from pasture-based family farms and quality organic ingredients. The culturing process takes twice as long as conventional yogurt to provide a tart-free indulgent taste. The end result is a deliciously satisfying product that my little ones and I savor with each and every bite. Some of the products I was given the opportunity to review and are currently new family favorites are Wallaby Organic Greek Yogurt Cups, Aussie Greek Lowfat Yogurt and Aussie Kefir.

Wallaby Organic Greek Cups

Wallaby Organic Greek Yogurt Cups range in size from 5.3 to 6 oz are super convenient to take on the go or pack into a lunch. They are available in plain or fruit flavors and are loaded with 12 to 16 grams of protein depending on the variety. The ingredients are clean/simple and the fruit yogurts are created with real organic fruit. A feature I love about the fruit varieties is the fruit being contained on the side. This way you can pour it in as desired instead of all fruit being contained in the bottom as with alternative products. Each bite is rich, creamy and full of live and active cultures.

Wallaby Organic Aussie Greek Lowfat Yogurt

Wallaby Organic Aussie Greek Lowfat Yogurt is the perfect mix-in for thick smoothies and tastes amazing paired with fresh fruit. It also would be a great addition to baking recipes for added richness. The large 32 oz container has  four 8oz servings, making it a great bulk sized product for families. Plain Wallaby Organic Greek Yogurt contains cultured pasteurized low fat milk as it’s only ingredient as well as 5 live active cultures. A one cup serving contains 22 grams of protein which helps to keep you full and satisfied. Another thing to love about all of Wallaby Organic products is that their containers and lids are not molded with resins formulated and manufactured with Bisphenol A (BPA), PCBs, BHT (butylated hydroxytoluene) or BHA (butylated hydroxyanisole) and they are recyclable (check out the How2Recycle on all package labels).

Wallaby Organic Aussie Kefir

Kefir is something that has always been on my list of things to try due to it’s many health benefits. After trying kefir for the first time with Wallaby Organic Aussie Kefir, I am completely hooked. I was able to try the vanilla flavor and it was so amazingly smooth and creamy, it reminded me of a vanilla milkshake but with zero guilt! I also love that with each serving I am getting a boost of 12 live and active cultures as well as protein and calcium. I don’t typically drink dairy milk but this kefir milk has changed my entire perspective and I will be adding this regularly into smoothies or just drinking it plain. It is also a delicious healthy treat for my kids after school or with breakfast. When your kefir is finished up, all components of the bottle can be fully recycled!
