Health Warrior Chia Bars Review #HealthWarriorWay

Having three young children and working two jobs makes it difficult to eat healthy sometimes. About a year ago, I had to take a step back and reevaluate what I was eating to fuel my busy days. While eating organic and natural was always a top priority, these foods aren’t always created with nutritious and wholesome ingredients. For this reason, I have since tried to incorporate only “real” food into my diet, leaving behind the processed snacks and foods. Afternoons were my main time of struggle, where I would often grab the easiest snacks available like a handful of pretzels, crackers, or some other type of empty calorie snack. These would give me a quick spike of energy but would later again leave me dragging. I now reach for healthy fruits/veggies, nuts/seeds, or a bar rich in fiber and protein. They have the perfect texture and chewiness with just a hint of sweetness. When searching for a snack bar, I look for several features including protein, fiber, and sugar content. Each of these GMO-free bars have at least 3 grams of protein, 4 grams of fiber, and only 4 to 5 grams of sugar, which means I am left energized and satisfied until my next meal. Additionally, the bars are gluten, soy, and dairy free, making them an ideal choice for those following a plant based diet.

The dark chocolate is another delicious flavor with just the right amount of dark chocolate chips studded throughout the bar. There is no question peanut butter and chocolate make a great combination, and when in a chia bar, they’re perfection. This bar reminds me of my childhood favorite candy, peanut butter cups, but without all the unhealthy ingredients.

    I do enjoy chia seeds and put them in my oatmeal. HEALTH WARRIOR CHIA BARS does seem like a tasty and healthy snack to try. I want coconut flavor!

    Those look very palatable – I find chia seeds create a gooey texture in smoothies so this looks like a much more satisfying way to have them.
