As a mom of three little girls, one of my top priorities is to keep them healthy as they grow. One way I make sure they are getting all of the essential vitamins and minerals they need is through a daily supplement. A great tasting chewable supplement that is specially formulated for your little one’s stage of growth from baby to kids is Zarbee’s Naturals.

Zarbee’s Naturals Toddler Multivitamin is a great (and easy) way to add extra nutrients and antioxidants to your child’s daily routine. These chewable gummies have a delicious fruity flavor and contain 11 essential vitamins to help support or fill any nutritional gaps in your toddler’s diet. Recommended for 2 to 4 year olds, all your little one has to do is chew two gummies each day, any time of day! Zarbees even offers a Yummitment Satisfaction Guarantee if for some reason your little one doesn’t approve of the taste. Some more features that set Zarbee’s Naturals apart are: only naturally flavored and colored, honey is used as a sweetener, and plant-based fruit pectin (instead of gelatin) is used to thicken the gummies. With my youngest having a peanut allergy, another huge benefit is that they are manufactured in a facility free of milk, eggs, peanuts, and shellfish products. Listed below are additional top qualities:

-Contain necessary nutrients including Vitamins A, C, E, D and Vitamins B6 and B12 which help support healthy growth

-No High Fructose Corn Syrup

-Gluten-Free

-No Artificial Sweeteners

-Pediatrician Recommended

-No Unwanted Additives

In addition to keeping my kids healthy with daily multivitamins, I also limit their daily screen-time, prepare fresh and healthy meals/snacks, and keep them active. With summer here, I try to make each day special and unique. My kids created a summer bucket list of fun ideas full of activities and healthy snacks they want to make (granola bars, popsicles, etc). We created a dream catcher with color coded ribbons that have a fun snack idea or activity listed on it. Each day they can choose one snack ribbon to create and one activity. To make the dream catcher follow instructions below.

Summer Fun Dream Catcher

You will need: Yarn, ribbon in various colors, cardboard or thick posterboard, x-acto knife, 2 plates (one large dinner plate and one small), scissors, tape

1- First, place a large dinner plate on cardboard. Using your x-acto knife cut around the plate. Next place the smaller plate within the larger circle and cut along the smaller plate with x-acto knife. Pop out the center of the cardboard and you will be left with a circular ring.

2- Tape end of yarn to the cardboard ring. Begin wrapping yarn tightly onto the ring so that loop is completely covered in tightly wound yarn.

3- To make the dream catcher weave, tie one end of the yarn in a knot at the base. Next stretch the string about an inch down the ring and loop it around the ring. Stretch the string an inch to the right again and loop around the ring again. Continue making loops that are evenly spaced until you reach your starting point. Take the end of the string and weave it under the loop created between the first and second looped peaks. Begin making hitches by using the yarn to make loops over the loose string. After you have made the first hitch, create another hitch at the yarn between the second and third knots and continue doing so until there are hitches at the yarn between every knot. When you reach the center, make a double knot to prevent unraveling.

4- Now cut several pieces of ribbon in various lengths. On each piece of ribbon place a piece of clear tape. Separate one color out for healthy snacks leaving the other colors for activities (see below for our ideas). Write over top of the tape your various ideas for healthy snacks and fun activities for the summer. Next, tie each ribbon to the base of the dream catcher.

5- Let your little one pick healthy snack and activity ribbons every day for summer fun!

I like these Toddler vitamins and think that they are great because of no additives. None of the harmful ingredients that some vitamins have. I am trying these out.
