Are you looking for a healthy and tasty snack that everyone in the family will enjoy? I Heart Keenwah’s new Quinoa Puffs are just that! These delicious bite size puffs are light, crunchy and packed with savory flavor. Made with simple, non-GMO and gluten-free ingredients like quinoa flour and brown rice flour, they leave you feeling satisfied. They are also loaded with 5 grams of protein per one ounce serving!

I Heart Keenwah Quinoa Puffs are available in four delicious flavors: Aged Cheddar, Sea Salt Truffle, Sweet Chili, and Herbes de Provence. I was able to try out the Aged Cheddar and Sweet Chili and both were super tasty! Aged Cheddar, which is made with real cheddar cheese tasted just like a traditional cheese puff and was my children’s favorite flavor. Sweet Chili is created with a blend of habaneros, jalepenos, citric acid, and lime extract. It had a mild spice to it that was perfect for an afternoon pick me up snack. After trying these two flavors my family and I can’t wait to test out the others!
