Making a change to a plant-based or dairy-free diet can be difficult at first. You will likely miss or even crave certain foods that are no longer included in your meals. Luckily you don’t have to feel this way as there are several delicious options available that act as substitutes for common dairy products. Listed below are my favorite soy-free vegan go-to products. Earth Balance Soy Free Buttery Spread

If you are looking for a replacement for butter this is certainly it! It tastes just like dairy-based butter (I think it tastes even better than the alternative) and spreads easily and perfectly. Silk Unsweetened Almondmilk


Silk Unsweetened Almondmilk has one of the closest tastes to dairy milk in my opinion. It is just slightly thicker in texture (although I perviously drank skim milk) and has a subtle nutty taste. It is perfect with your morning bowl of cereal and acts just as dairy milk in baking and cooking. If you love chocolate and also love to bake, it’s important to have a good quality chocolate chip!
