Food Should Taste Good® Olive Chips
Typically, I am not a huge fan of olives but these chips actually changed my mind completely and are one of my new favorites! They have an amazing flavor that includes a combination of black, kalamata, and green olives packed into a tortilla style chip. I love to have chips with hummus for lunch and these chips go perfect with traditional hummus while adding an extra flavor that I have been missing out on previously. Only a few ingredients make up the Olive chips including: Stone Ground Corn, High Oleic Sunflower Oil and/or Safflower Oil and/or Canola Oil, Olives (Green, Kalamata, Nicoise), Garlic Powder, Sea Salt.
Food Should Taste Good® Multigrain Chips
The Multigrain tortilla chips have a great texture and wholesome taste through ingredients like flax, sunflower, and sesame seeds. They are a versatile chip that can be paired with just about anything although I am partial to dipping them into tasty guacamole (see below for a great guacamole recipe). Ingredients in these chips include: Stone Ground Corn, High Oleic Sunflower Oil and/or Safflower Oil and/or Canola Oil, Brown Rice Flour, Flax Seeds, Cane Sugar, Sesame Seeds, Sunflower Seeds, Quinoa, Sea Salt, Rosemary Extract.
Food Should Taste Good® Blue Corn Chips
These Blue Corn chips offer a great colorful addition to meals. They are loaded with healthy ingredients like quinoa and nutty flaxseed and are made with organic corn! I recommend adding a little fresh lime juice and dipping into guacamole or salsa or enjoy as the main ingredient in vegetarian nachos. Simple and tasty ingredients in these chips include: Organic Blue Corn, High Oleic Sunflower Oil and/or Safflower Oil and/or Canola Oil, Brown Rice Flour, Flax Seeds, Cane Sugar, Sesame Seeds, Sunflower Seeds, Sea Salt, Quinoa, Rosemary Extract.
Food Should Taste Good® Sweet Potato Chips
These sweet potato chips are a huge favorite in my family! They are delicious with the perfect blend of sweet and salty in a tortilla style chip. Pair them with a cold-cut sandwich at lunch or a fruity salsa at dinner- either way you can’t go wrong with these chips! Ingredients include: Stone Ground Corn, High Oleic Sunflower Oil and/or Safflower Oil and/or Canola Oil, Dried Sweet Potatoes, Cane Sugar, Sweet Potatoes, Sea Salt.

Black Bean-Pineapple Guacamole
Yield: 4 cups
Serving Size: 10 people
2 avocados, peeled, seeded and mashed
¼ cup salsa (green or red)
1 tablespoon sour cream or Greek yogurt
½ cup black beans, drained and rinsed
½ cup canned crushed pineapple, drained
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped
3 tablespoons white onion, finely chopped
3 tablespoons tomato, seeded and finely chopped
2 tablespoons cilantro, finely chopped
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
¼ teaspoon taco seasoning mix
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon cumin
In a large bowl, mash avocado and combine with salsa and sour cream. Add black beans, pineapple, jalapeno, onion, tomato, cilantro, garlic, lime juice, taco seasoning, salt and cumin; stir until well combined. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and let sit in fridge at least 1 hour to develop flavor. (Original recipe can be found here)
