My youngest daughter has reached the age where we are starting to think about potty training so I have begun a search for the perfect organic cloth training pants. In my search I came across Charlie Banana’s Organic Training Pants which are an excellent organic reusable option. These training pants are made of super soft organic cotton that is thick and durable but still fits and feels like underwear. The pants have an elastic waist and legs so they fit to your child just right. Additionally, they have a waterproof outer layer and micro-terry inner for added absorption if your little one has an accident. They are recommended for children aged 18 months and older and are available in a variety of sizes.

Oh I really do like The Fashion Collection The Kate- one size. :)
No training advice just yet.. struggling myself. :/

I also love the 2-in-1 Swim Diaper & Training Pants!
My advice is to wait until they are ready, with my first I felt pressured by others that my son wasn’t potty trained early enough yet he was completely potty train by 2 1/2. With my daughter i’m learning that it’s easy on us both if I just wait until she is fully ready.

I like the swim diaper, I hate the whole diaper dilemma and throwing away so much waste and I love swimming , the disposable swim diapers are way expensive. Great stuff!

I love the Goodbye Disposable Hello Cloth OS diaper! My daughter wears hers all the time! As for potty training, my son was very stubborn and had to make the choice to use the potty. He was completely capable, but only resisted when we pushed him. Kids know when they’re ready!

I really like their organic collection. My advice for potty training would be patience and more patience!

I love their swim diapers. We bought a bunch when Target went on clearance a few months back. Makes no sense to me to buy disposable swim diapers, but then again, why buy sposies at all?

  • Reply katrina December 17, 2013 at 9:52 pm

my advice is to wait until your child is ready. When my son was dry after our sleep, we raced to the bathroom and he’d go potty. I knew he/his bladder was ready then.

  • Reply Joy December 18, 2013 at 6:24 pm

CB one size diapers are fantastic. They really fit great for a variety of body types.

As for toilet training, I go for earlier rather than later. By the time kids are three, they have such a strong will and a desire to follow their own whim, rather than sticking close to their parent. I find it easier at a yonder age when they are so close to you any way.

I like the organic training pants the best. My best advice on potty training is to take them to the bathroom with you everytime you go and sit them on the potty and tell them what you are doing. This worked really well with my daughter in no time!

  • Reply Kristi December 18, 2013 at 9:42 pm

I love the 2-in-1 Swim Diaper & Training Pants Shanghai Green. My advice is to do a “potty training boot camp” over 2-3 days, then set a timer to take them to the potty every hour for a few weeks. I worked at a daycare before having kids, and have successfully potty trained over 100 kids this way (including 1 of my own). I also agree with earlier rather than later.

I love the 2 in 1 swim and training diaper. My best advice is just stay home for a few days and let them make some mistakes and don’t up. Let them run around bottomless and they’ll get the hang of it after a few days!

  • Reply Tiffany C December 21, 2013 at 11:14 pm

The Fashion Collection Robot Boy is adorable! We’re looking for training pants, so this is the perfect product for us right now. My only advice is to follow their lead. My son is basically potty training himself. I think we just need to do a little more formal training (like the 3-day method) to get him fully trained and out of diapers.

  • Reply molli vandehey December 21, 2013 at 11:38 pm

i love the swim diapers. my best training advice is to just let them go naked as much as possible, learn their bodies and cues!

also, to aid in potty learning i just let my son go diaperless as frequently as possible and use the elimination communication technique of making ‘potty sounds’ that has been helpful- my son makes the ‘psssh’ sound when he needs to go pee, even sometimes in his sleep! :)

I like their Black Beary print. My best advice is to not ask your child if they have to go because 99% of the time they’ll say no because they don’t want to stop playing. Instead, try saying things like after you finish this puzzle, it will be time to sit on your potty.
