Healthy Toddler Snacks with Sprout Organic Foods (Review & Giveaway)

June 12, 2013

Having two little girls and working means I am frequently on the go. This makes it hard to prepare fresh snacks for my girls all the time and sometimes I need something that is convenient but still healthy for them. I was very excited to learn about Sprout Organic Food’s new toddler snacks, Fruit & Veggie Crispy Chews and Fruity Yogurt Bites! These new snacks are nutritious, organic, and easy to grab while on the run. They are available in several delicious flavor combinations too so your little one will be sure to love them!

Fruit & Veggie Crispy Chews
Sprout’s Fruit & Veggie Crispy Chews are the perfect size for little fingers and super delicious with their soft and chewy texture! They come in (4) different flavors including: Orange Fruit & Carrot, Purple Berry & Carrot, Red Berry & Beet, and Tropical Fruit & Pumpkin. How neat is it that your little one gets a taste for all of these unique fruits and vegetables while also having a healthy snack rich in vitamins A and C?! Also, like all of Sprout’s products, these little treats are USDA organic! These snacks are in BPA-free packaging and atre FREE of: artificial colors/flavors, additives, preservatives, and added sugars.

Fruity Yogurt Bites
Both of my girls love yogurt so when they tried Sprout’s Fruity Yogurt Bites they discovered their new favorite snack! The yogurt bites are small and quick to dissolve, making them a great snack for little one’s learning to self feed. The flavor combinations are so delicious and include Banana Pumpkin Yogurt (with real banana pieces), Orange Carrot Yogurt (with real mango pieces), Raspberry Yogurt (with real mango pieces), and Strawberry Carrot Yogurt (with real banana pieces). I love that real pieces of fruit are incorporated into these snacks because it naturally sweetens them while also adding Vitamin C. These snacks are in BPA-free packaging and are FREE of: artificial colors/flavors, additives, preservatives, and added sugars.

I have always heard {not sure if it is true or not} that Strawberry flavor masks all others, so the Strawberry Carrot Yogurt would be the one I would choose. Then I get the best of both worlds- fruits & veggies in one!
